- Best served straight from fridge.
- *Recipe is not refined sugar free when layered puddings are made as pictured. Vegan Lemon Curd contains refined sugar.
- **Recipe is not raw when layered puddings are made as pictured. Vegan Lemon Curd is not raw.
- ***I usually use frozen berries for this, however fresh berries could be used. You may find your pudding is a little more watery with fresh berries however.
- I prefer the texture of the pudding after it has been sitting in the fridge overnight. It can be consumed after sitting in the fridge for a minimum of 1 hour, noting however the chia seeds will not have softened fully.
- My kids love a little chia pudding for their school lunches. Just pop a couple of spoonfuls in the sort of container you would use for yoghurt.
- Store in fridge in an airtight container.
- Can be frozen.
