Notes
- Best served from fridge after allowing to warm to room temperature for approximately 5 minutes.
- *There is no need to clean the mixer bowl between making the brownie and icing, however please note that you may end up with some slightly "lumpy" bits in your icing. If this bothers you, just rinse out the mixer bowl with approximately 1 cup of water for 8 seconds /speed 8 / mc on, and dry mixer bowl before proceeding.
- I find a potato masher works well for pressing the brownie mix firmly and evenly into the dish, however you may prefer just to use your hands or a spoon.
- Store in fridge in an airtight container.
- Can be frozen.
